Sunshine Shell

December 2010? poem I wrote in seminary after I found a seashell in my jacket pocket.
Sunshine Shell
I know your life is cloudy
I know you skies are gray
I'm here so you'll remember
The sunshine on that day.

I know your heart is heavy
So I was sent to tell
The sun is always with you,
For I'm your sunshine shell.

Keep me in your pocket
A small piece of the beach
And I'll help you remember,
The sun is in your reach.
